 SSG Noyer started her broadcasting career with the U.S. Army in 2000. After graduating from the Defense Information School, her first assignment was at the Fort Bliss, Texas Public Affairs Office. In 2002 she was assigned to the American Forces Network Europe detachment at SHAPE, Belgium where she serves as the Television NCOIC. SSG Noyer is a graduate of CSU Sacramento, California and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She has a son Grayson and two dogs Storm and Mazey, and two cats Rocky and Gilly.
